Hi there! Welcome to MarkTwainNationalForest.com! I’m Bobby Kay Redondo, the founder of this website, and let me tell you, the Mark Twain National Forest holds a special place in my heart. I have a homestead surrounded by the forest, and I wouldn’t trade this place for the world.
My passion for the Mark Twain National Forest ignited the spark for this website. It all began with a desire to share the wonders of the Mark Twain with others, just like you.
With backpacks loaded, a sense of adventure crackling in the air, and my kids by my side, we explore the Ozarks every chance we get! We traverse hiking trails, glide across crystal-clear rivers, and keep our eyes peeled for hidden waterfalls. Each expedition is a chance to gather the best tips and recommendations to equip you for your own unforgettable Mark Twain adventure.
But our mission goes beyond just sharing tips. We aim to inspire exploration and responsible stewardship of this magnificent forest we call home.
